Sinking teeth into the third instalment of the "Twilight" franchise, acclaimed
horror director David Slade injects a new dark energy to the saga stories.
Reunited, Bella and Edward finally seem to have the chance to enjoy life and
their forbidden relationship. With Bella's life no longer in imminent danger,
they begin to plan and bargain over the specifics of her choice to become a
vampire so shortly after graduation.
Determined in her preparations, Bella becomes caught in personal battle of loyalty
between her eternal true-love vampire Edward Cullen (Rob Pattison) and the unwavering
affections and the undeniable feelings she now harbours for her best friend werewolf
Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner).
Bella's internal debate is interrupted however when the murderously vindictive Victoria
(Bryce Dallas Howard) begins to dance along the invisible vampire/werewolf treaty lines
of battle, and a string of mysterious (and seemingly unrelated) killings reach serial killer
proportions in nearby Seattle.
Is her impending graduation fraught with more than just internal trauma? Is the
mortal/immortal choice really Bella's? Will Victoria penetrate her protectors and force

four, hard core twilight fans may be left questioning where the magic has gone
Hopefully living up to the cult reputation of its predecessors, Twilight's Eclipse will begin to
drain blood from its mid-winter victims from Thursday, July 1.
